Fashion daredevil and wobbling wonderchild Kelly Osbourne will make her formal debut as a recording artist in the next couple weeks as her take on the Madonna classic "Papa Don't Preach" takes on all comers at radio and MTV. The song was tracked recently in New York in the midst of Sharon and Kelly's promo junket (when they appeared on The Rosie O'Donnell Show, 20/20, and Live with Regis and Kelly), and a video shoot is to be lensed this weekend somewhere in the basin of Los Angeles.
