After consulting with his physicians in Los Angeles, Ozzy Osbourne has been given the green light to resume his Merry Mayhem tour on November 29 in Grand Forks, N.D. Doctors are confident that the stress fracture in Ozzy's leg will be healed enough for him to begin performing again, however, he may have to wear a leg brace. Ozzy is currently recuperating at home.
